SCOPE:  This procedure covers reviewing, reporting and analyzing of scrap.

1 QA Clerk Daily Scrap Reporting Spreadsheet Update Scrap Report in M2M on personal computer; run query of scrap using the Scrap Reporting Spreadsheet; generate reports for scrap tracking and analysis from the Scrap Reporting Spreadsheet, and route the reports as specified in the spreadsheet. Data entered for scrap in M2M; reports generated
2 VP-Quality & Engineering Monthly and Quarterly Scrap reports queried from Scrap Reporting Spreadsheet Review reported scrap data on quantity of parts  scrapped and scrap causes; perform cost analysis monthly and quarterly; use reported data to determine a plan to decrease scrap.. High-level analysis of cost from scrap tracking data
