TFTM-PREP: Preparing Dies

Objective: To learn to identify, handle, and prepare dies to be retrieved.

Syllabus: Two sessions with some hands on opportunities to allow trainee to carry out all instructions pertaining to identification, handling through the use of mechanical means, and the actual preparation of a die for use or storage. Also watch a film explaining how we trace and identify parts.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has a good understanding of the steps involved in selecting, preparing, and storing a die.
