Coaches: Machining Department Manager

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimating (quotes) for machining requirements on raw material and forgings
  • Trinity Forge OpPlan implementation (crib control, inventory and procedures)
  • Operation improvements and investigations for material handling, crib and machining areas
  • Assist in machine dept. expansions/machine acquisitions, and sales/current in house machine feasibility
  • Review and complete job packets and travelers as returned to office
  • Assist Machining Manager in overall machining department when and where required

Rookie requirements:

Physical activity involved:

  • Sitting, standing, walking.
  • Working in hot and cold conditions.
  • Extensive computer work.
