TFTP-COIN: Coin Operator

Coaches: Post Forge Supervisor , Post Forge Leadman

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Work closely with supervisor(s) to re-strike parts.
• Work safely and follow all safety rules and wear proper personal protective equipment.
• Must be able to set up Coin Press to run different jobs.
• Must be able to change coin dies as needed.
• Must be alert and remain focused on job at hand.

Rookie requirements:

• Some Press Experience preferred.
• Complete training module COIN.

Physical activity involved:

• Have good hand/eye coordination.
• Prolonged period of standing 95% of the shift.
• Lift parts weighing from a few ounces to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a hot/cold environment.
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
