TFTP-CSMG: Customer Service Manager

Coaches:    President, VP-Sales, CEO

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Provide information to customers, internal as well as external
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Customer Service Reps
  • Supervise order entry
  • Receive and monitor customer complaints

Rookie requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Some experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in typing, experience with computer use, familiarity of Excel and Word

Physical activity involved:

  • Some walking and climbing stairs
  • Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer
