TFTP-CUST: Custodian

Coaches: Manufacturing Manager; Maintenance Supervisor

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Carry out custodial duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Learn cleaning requirements of all areas in the shop as well as the office.
• Work with all supervisors in helping maintain cleanliness.
• Work on "Special" cleaning and minor repair assignments.

Rookie requirements:

• Some experience in custodial work preferred but not necessary.

Physical activity involved:

• Extensive walking, bending, stooping, pulling and pushing objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Extensive lifting of trash bags, boxes and other garbage up to 50 lbs. and placing it in the dumpster.
• Ability to use heavy mop to clean large areas.
