TFTP-EDSS: Die Shop Supervisor

Coaches: VP of Quality and Engineering , Manager of Manufacturing,

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Supervise Die shop.
• Work with Forging Engineers to develop designs  to maximum Forge tooling performance.
• Provide Guidance on Die Design and other tooling to be able to produce products with minimal need for in-shop modifications.
• Provide direct support for Production, Engineering, Machining, Sales, customers and suppliers.

Rookie requirements:

• Ability to relate well with all team members and departments.
• Five years of forging design experience and fifteen years general forging experience
• Five years Machine shop experience a required.

Physical activity involved:

• Moderate walking and climbing stairs.
• Extensive periods of sitting and working with a personal computer.
• Exposure to heat.
