TFTP-ETIS: Tooling Improvement Supervisor

Coaches: VP of Quality and Engineering, Manager of Manufacturing

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Maintain die review and die review procedures on a daily basis.
• Review quality and production documentation and ensure Trinity Forge can meet the customer's requirements based on the information provided.
• Work with Forging Engineers to develop, improve and optimize designs to maximum Forge tooling performance.
• Provide input on Die Design and other tooling to be able to produce products with minimal need for in-shop modifications.
• Provide Design review regarding tool manufacturability and reliability.
• Provide direct support for Production, Engineering, Machining, Sales, customers and suppliers.  

Rookie requirements:

• Ability to relate well with all team members and departments.
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or five years of forging design experience.
• Quality, Supervisor, Machine shop experience a plus.

Physical activity involved:

• Moderate walking and climbing stairs.
• Extensive periods of sitting and working with a personal computer.
• Exposure to heat.
