TFTP-HMGR: Human Resources Manager

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Ensure that company's Human Resource and environmental policies are carried out according to Osha  requirements and regulations and that training leads to a safer working environment.                                                                                                                                               
  • Ensure  that the selection and training of personnel leads to a long term employee with an attitude that will make our company successful.
  • Recruit and help select  personnel.
  • Enforce company's policies and TOPs.
  • Counsel managers and supervisors on disciplinary and development matters.
  •  Instill the  philosophies of Trinity forge in all team members.
  • Over see the Company's training program.
  • Serve as Environmental Coordinator.
  • Serve as Safety Manager.

Rookie requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in human resources or the management of people.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Knowledge of environmental laws.
  • Knowledge of occupational laws and regulations.

Physical requirements:

  • Substantial walking, some climbing of ladders and exposure to heat.
  • Extensive periods of sitting and using the computer
  • Limited business travel.
