Team member's role and responsibilities:
- Ensure that company's Human Resource and environmental policies are carried out according to Osha requirements and regulations and that training leads to a safer
working
environment.
- Ensure that the selection and
training of personnel leads to a long term employee with an attitude that will make our
company successful.
- Recruit and help select personnel.
- Enforce company's policies and TOPs.
- Counsel managers and supervisors on
disciplinary and development matters.
- Instill the philosophies of Trinity
forge in all team members.
- Over see the Company's training program.
- Serve as Environmental Coordinator.
- Serve as Safety Manager.
Rookie requirements:
- Minimum of five years experience in human
resources or the management of people.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of environmental laws.
- Knowledge of occupational laws and regulations.
Physical requirements:
- Substantial walking, some climbing of ladders and
exposure to heat.
- Extensive periods of sitting and using the
computer
- Limited business travel.
