Team member's role and responsibilities:
- Instill the philosophies of
Trinity forge in all team members
- Schedule training and manage training room
- Maintain library of all training courseware
- Maintain training documents and files
- Identify training requirements in each TOPs Team
Position
- Develop, implement, and train employees
- Improve training program in keeping with company goals
and vision
- Acquire suitable training to improve job development
skills
- Ensure training leads to a safer working environment
Rookie requirements:
- Minimum of five years experience
in human resources or training employees
- Knowledge of training methodologies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of occupational laws and
regulations
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to work independently
Physical requirements:
- Substantial walking, some climbing
of ladders
- Exposure to heat and cold weather
- Extensive periods of sitting and using the
computer
- Limited business travel
