TFTP-HRTC: Training Coordinator

Coaches:   Human Resource Manager, President

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Instill the  philosophies of Trinity forge in all team members
  • Schedule training and manage training room
  • Maintain library of all training courseware
  • Maintain training documents and files
  • Identify training requirements in each TOPs Team Position
  • Develop, implement, and train employees
  • Improve training program in keeping with company goals and vision
  • Acquire suitable training to improve job development skills
  • Ensure training leads to a safer working environment

Rookie requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in human resources or training employees
  • Knowledge of training methodologies
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Knowledge of occupational laws and regulations
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • Ability to work independently

Physical requirements:

  • Substantial walking, some climbing of ladders
  • Exposure to heat and cold weather
  • Extensive periods of sitting and using the computer
  • Limited business travel
