TFTP-MAMG: Maintenance Manger

Team member's role and responsibilities:

To control the quality, duration, cost, thoroughness of work and the time lost between jobs and shift changes.
Refine and finalize labor, parts, priorities and methods so that the maintenance personnel are use as efficiently as possible.
Make tactical decisions so that jobs stay on schedule.
Become familiar with TOPS Manual, especially those procedures that relate to the Maintenance Department.

Rookie requirements:

At least 10 year’s extensive maintenance experience; A good understanding of the company’s equipment in terms of layout and characteristics.
Familiarity with the use of a Maintenance Management Program (e.g. MP2).
Complete training module PMNT.

Physical activity involved:

Extensive walking with some stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, and exposure to heat.
