TFTP-MECL: Calibrations Clerk

Coaches: QA Manager

Team member’s role and responsibilities:

Maintain calibrations for Quality Control Department
Insure that all precision equipment is functional and calibrated
Perform audit of precision equipment usage
Assist as liaison between outside calibration entities and Trinity Forge, Inc.
Assist QA Manager in other duties needed
Help maintain timecards for QC Department
Responsible for ordering precision tools.
Maintain and control pattern, gage, and calibration control system

Rookie requirements:

Familiar with Microsoft Windows environment
Experience in working with computer spread sheets and data base programs
High school graduate
Attention to detail
Complete training modules MEAS, GAGE and FSAT within first 120 days.

Physical activity involved:

Extensive sitting while entering data into PC
Some walking and standing
Some time spent in Machine and Forge shop environments
