Coaches:
Manufacturing Manager,
Team member's role and responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule routine maintenance of equipment.
- Oversee troubleshooting diagnoses of time critical
repairs
- Work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining
the useful life of equipment and machinery
- Work with others to anticipate and reduce costly
breakdowns
- Improve overall safety processes
- Work as mentor to develop the maintenance technician's
skills in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
- To become familiar with TOPs Manual, especially those procedures that
relate to the Maintenance Department.
Rookie requirements:
- High School graduate and at least ten years’ extensive
maintenance experience
- Familiarity with the use of a maintenance management program (e.g.
MP2).
- A good understanding of electrical, hydraulic,
and pneumatic equipment
Physical activity involved:
- Extensive walking, standing or climbing
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions
