TFTP-OCRT: Accounting Manager

Coaches: Controller, CEO

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Collect Customer receivables
  • Monitor customer payment history and outstanding balances
  • Process bi-monthly payroll and payroll tax deposits.
  • Administer 401K transactions.
  • Administer self funded health insurance plan.
  • Assist Controller in routine accounting department operations.
  • Maintain company archives.
  • Supervisory responsibilities over Accounting Department
  • Daily cash transactions and wire transfers

Rookie requirements:

  • High School Graduate
  • Collections and supervisory experience

Physical activity involved:

  • Moderate amount of walking, handling heavy binders and storage boxes.
  • Extensive amount of time on telephone with customers.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working with personal computers.
