TFTP-OPAY: Payroll Clerk

Coaches: Controller, Accounting Manager

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Maintain and verify all payroll timecards and daily labor reports in order to process payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain all employee records and payroll reports.
• Perform weekly payroll processing including vacation, bonuses and other compensations.
• Handle all pay discrepancies and payroll inquires.
• Track employee attendance.
• Coordinate Personnel Objectives and Employment Reviews.
• Be discreet and be respectful of confidential nature of payroll and related information.
  

Rookie requirements:

• High school graduate or GED.
• Payroll experience.
  

Physical activity involved:

• Moderate amount of walking, handling heavy binders and storage boxes.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and working with personal computers.
