Forge Supervisor,
Manufacturing Manager
Team member's role and responsibilities:
- Perform all duties pertaining to Post Forge department.
- Ability to organize and schedule work for all Post Forge areas.
- Administratively substitute for Post Forge Supervisor in case of
absence.
- Work independently and maintain production schedule.
- Train Post Forge employees on how to operate equipment and do their
job in a safe manner.
- Follow safety guidelines.
Rookie requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Texas Driver License.
- Meet all rookie requirements for Post Forge Helper.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Must complete
HARD
module.
Physical activity involved:
- Constant usage of both hands/arms in reaching, pushing, pulling, and
lifting parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending/twisting at waist/knees/neck and occasional sitting
while driving.
- Constant attention, mental alertness, and concentration on driving
and work surroundings required to avoid hazards.
- Conditions include: outdoor weather, dust, noise, moving equipment
and dirt.
