TFTP-PHLP: Production Helper

Coaches: Hammerman, Production Supervisor (Foreman), or Production Lead Man

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Downtime activities: cleaning area around hammer, replenishing liners, gathering tools and equipment that will be needed for next set-up, sweeping, emptying scale and flash wheelbarrows as needed, etc.
• Runtime activities: blow scale, swab dies with lubricant, any other needs that hammerman expresses.
• Be readily available to carry our tasks related to clean up and preparedness around working area.

Rookie requirements:

• Review the HCRW, HMSU, and  PNHT  training modules within 120 days of employment.

Physical activity involved:

• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, pulling and pushing, lifting wheelbarrow, some climbing.
