TFTP-PPCC: Production Control Coordinator

Coaches:  Manufacturing Manager

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Notifying Manufacturing Manager, Sales and all other affected departments when problems arise which could impact the ability of production to meet "Forge-by dates" and "Machine-by dates".
• Ensure all Manufacturing department are working closely to the schedule to achieve on time deliveries.
• Provide Sales with requested Job Order status in a timely and accurate manner.

Rookie requirements:

• Computer literate.
• Superior communication skills.
• Capable of reading drawings and working with complex written instructions.
• Ability to work with multiple jobs and priorities to meet company goals.
• A good understanding of how the Steelyard, Die Prep, Production, Die Shop, Post Forge, Machining departments and Scheduling work together.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Physical activity involved:

• Sitting, standing, walking
• Working in hot and cold conditions
