TFTP-QAMG: Quality Assurance Manager

Coaches: VP-Quality & Engineering, President

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and understanding of the "Quality Culture" that must be spread throughout the plant.
• Oversee the quality control program and QC Team Members.
• Supplier approval and customer audits.
• TPS maintenance and control.
• Audit Manager responsibilities

Rookie requirements:

• Monitoring  certification requirements to customers.
• Maintain and control customer specifications.
• High school graduate.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the areas of Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance.

 Physical activity involved:

• Extensive walking.
• Occasional lifting of metal parts.
• Some climbing of stairs..
• Extensive periods of sitting down and working with personal computers.
