TFTP-SAST: Customer Service Rep

Coaches: VP-Operations

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Update customers and prospect on the status of their orders and inquiries.
  • Provide customer service and inside sales support.
  • Enter all customer purchase orders into computer system.
  • Ensure customer related information flows per Trinity Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain and update customer information in computer system.
  • Enter, print and submit quotations to customers and prospects.
  • Enter raw material certifications into computer system. 
  • Assign heat codes to raw material as required.

Rookie requirements:

  • High school graduate.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Windows based computer skills to include Excel and Word.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Complete training module FSAT.

Physical activity involved:

  • Extensive sitting using a PC and phone.
  • Some walking and climbing stairs.
