Coaches: Customer Service Manager, VP-Sales

Team member's role and responsibilities:

  • Inform customers and prospects calling in on the status of their orders and inquiries.
  • Provide customer service and inside sales support.
  • Enter orders in the computer.
  • Perform mailing list activities.
  • Ensure customer related information flows per Trinity Operating Procedures.
  • Enter all customer's purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update Customer Information.
  • Enter raw material certifications into computer system.  Assign heat codes to raw material as required.

Rookie requirements:

  • High school graduate.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Windows based computer skills to include Excel and Word.
  • Good phone manners and good knowledge of English.

Physical activity involved:

  • Extensive sitting using a PC and phone.
  • Some walking and climbing stairs.
