Team member's role and responsibilities:
- Management of projects as assigned.
- Quote follow-up on quotations issued to existing
customers and to prospects.
- Prospecting for new accounts for forging and value
added opportunities.
- Contact existing customers to inquire about new
business opportunities.
- Become familiar with TOPs associated with team
position, i.e. TOP-QUOTE and TOP-ORDER.
Rookie requirements:
- High school graduate with college work a definite plus.
- Knowledge of the forging and machining processes.
- Experience with QC procedure, industry specifications,
and tolerances.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience with value added processes.
Physical activity involved:
- Sitting, standing, walking and climbing stairs.
- Extensive periods of using a computer and telephone.
