TFTP-SSOM: Sales Operations Manager

Coaches: VP-Sales

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Maintain customers for the custom closed-die forging services Trinity Forge supplies.
• Encourage and support the endeavors of the sales team members and the other Trinity Team Members.
• Develop an active prospective customer population while attending to the requirements and growth of existing customers using direct contact, telephone/fax and mail.
• Assist or direct customer service team members to complete their respective responsibilities.

Rookie requirements:

• High school graduate with college work a definite plus.
• Some experience in customer service.

Physical activity involved:

• Limited walking and climbing stairs.
• Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
