Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Manage customer service, inside sales, production scheduling and raw material procurement functions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while seeking out additional opportunities for increased sales.
• Encourage and support the endeavors of the sales team members and all other Trinity Team Members.
• Develop an active prospective customer population while attending to the requirements and growth of existing customers using direct contact, telephone/fax and electronic means.

Rookie requirements:

• Appointment by Board of Directors.

Physical activity involved:

• Limited walking and climbing stairs.
• Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
• Domestic and overseas travel.
