Coaches: Human Resource Manager, President or other supervisor as required

Team member's role and responsibilities:

• Assimilate the training modules that pertain to the overall "culture" of Trinity Forge.    
• Ask questions and clarify any misconceptions.
• Learn and comply with all Trinity Operating Procedures (TOPs) that apply to any task performed by team member.
• Be safe!

Rookie requirements:

• Complete TMTR training modules within probationary period.

Physical activity involved:

• As required by other team position
