bulletUnderstanding in detail how to operate the CNC Milling machine employee will work with the most.
bulletOverview of how to read CNC programs.
bulletExplain procedures for ordering supplies and tracking time.

Syllabus:
bulletInstructor explaining how CNC Milling machines work and what the different parts of the machine are called.
bulletHands on demonstration of CNC Milling machine the employee will work with the most.
bulletDemonstration of how to read a CNC program and what the characters mean.
bulletDemonstration of how the CNC control panel and its menus work.
bulletObserving employee operating machine.
bulletUsing in-process job cards, explain how and why they are to be filled out.

Completion: Sign off by instructor that training has been completed and employee expressed understanding
