TFTM-DELY: Delivery

Taught by: Shipping Supervisor

Objective: To learn delivery routes and requirement for each customer. To take care of trucks including washing and fueling up.

Syllabus: One session and a couple of delivery trips, accompanied by Supervisor or designated tutor, teaching delivery procedures dictated by the shipping department.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has a good understanding of what is required from a delivery person.
