TFTM-FAIN: First Article Inspection

REV: 01/28/08Taught by: Quality Assurance Manager Objective: To educate designated employees the purpose of First Article Inspection and to provide consistent documentation of dimensions and required specifications. Syllabus: One session of classroom instructions reviewing First Article Inspection formats. Trainees shall understand the importance and accountability for dimensions, drawings, and records. Completion: Sign off by instructor that employee has a good understanding of First Article Inspection and documentation. Notes: First Article Inspection (FAI) is also referred to as First Article Reports (FAIR), First Article Test (FAT). |
