Objective:

	Understanding of basic grinding principles and terminology.
	Understanding of basic controls associated with grinding machines.
	Understanding in detail how to operate the grinding machine employee will work with the most.
	Explain procedures for ordering supplies and tracking time.

Syllabus:

	Instructor explaining how grinding machines work and what the different parts of the machine are called.
	Hands on demonstration of grinding machine the employee will work with the most.
	Observing employee operating machine.
	Using in-process job cards, explain how and why they are to be filled out.

Completion: Sign off by instructor that training has been completed and employee expressed understanding
