Objective: To instruct designated employees on proper techniques and use of various grinders.

Syllabus:  

	Hands on instruction on identification of defective grinding wheels, proper replacement and adjustment of wheels, etc.
	Proper safety usage of hand grinder.

Completion: Sign off that employee has seen the training films and has been instructed on proper techniques in use of the belt grinders and wheel grinders in the shop.
