Objective: To instruct and educate hammerman, relief hammerman, and hammer crews on the basic principles of hammer operation.

Syllabus: One session....

Session with specific material, such as a film, pertaining to a Trinity Forge hammer and its particular characteristics as captured while hammer crew was changing dies or running a specific job.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has been instructed and has a good understanding of the material.
