TFTM-HCRW: Hammer Crew

Taught by: Production Supervisor (Foreman), Hammerman

Objective: Understand all activities required to have a clean and organized working area. Understand the importance of having the proper tools close at hand to have a set-up done with minimal delays.

Syllabus: Watch two set-up films in the training room to have a feel for the types of activities involved in a set-up. Also watch a film explaining how we trace and identify parts. Have a foreman or hammerman point out the remaining tasks that should be initiated when a hammer is down.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has been instructed and understands what is expected of him.
