Objective: To instruct designated employee on theory and techniques involved in inspecting hot parts.

Session on shop floor inspecting and showing employee what to look for during a hot inspection.

This session should take place after an employee has worked a reasonable amount of time. Let the employee explain what he is finding during his inspection.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has been instructed and has a good understanding of what a hot inspector does.
