Understand the operating procedures of a heat treat furnace.
	Teach other team members the techniques and procedures in hardness testing.
	Learn proper use of the Pyrometer in order to tell the temperature of the furnace and parts.
	Complete Training Modules HARD and TEMP.

	Maintenance Man gives instructions on the operation of a heat treat furnace and how to control the temperature
	Hardness testing is performed and results are documented.

Completion: Sign off by instructors that employee has a good understanding of hardness testing and documentation of the results. Employee must demonstrate their ability to operate the heat treat furnace properly and safely.
