Must complete Blueprint training
	Must complete Overhead Crane and Forklift training
	Must complete Traceability training
	Must learn how to safely operate manual machines
	Must learn how to read all measuring instruments and how to take care of them
	Must learn how to fill out inspection forms
	Must learn how to work in a fast but safe manner
	must learn how to organize work flow
	Must learn good shop math skills
	Must learn how to clock in and out in M2M program when performing job functions

Syllabus:

	Watch Overhead Crane and Forklift films and pass written test
	Complete blueprint training and pass written test
	Work with an experienced Machine Department employee until the Machine Department Supervisor and experienced Machine Department employee are satisfied that the new hire can perform all tasks in a fast and safe manner.

Completion: Sign off by Machine Department Supervisor and designated experienced Machine Department employee that the new hire has been instructed and understands his/her job function requirements.

Notes: During the new hire's first 90 days of employment, the department Supervisor and Leadman will still be responsible for the new hire's safety and safety training.
