TFTM-PFNH: Post Forge New Hire Training

Taught by: Post Forge Supervisor and designated experienced Post Forge employee

Objective:

	Must complete Overhead Crane and Forklift training
	Must complete Blueprint training
	Must complete Traceability training
	Must complete Defect Recognition training
	Must complete Non-Conforming training
	Must learn how to read Travelers
	Must learn how to operate the Blasters
	Must learn how to weight and store product
	Must learn how to properly load and unload trucks
	Must learn how to grind parts and how to use grinding equipment safely

Syllabus:

	View films on Overhead Crane, Forklift and Traceability training, pass forklift training written examination.
	Work with experienced Post Forge employee until the experienced Post Forge employee and Post Forge Supervisor are satisfied that the new hire can perform all tasks in a fast and safe manner.

Completion: Sign off by Post Forge Supervisor and the designated experienced Shipping employee that the new employee has been instructed and understands his/her job function requirements.

Notes: During the new hire's first 90 days of employment, the department Supervisor and Leadman will still be responsible for the new hire's safety and safety training.
