Objective: To inform and educate employees how the quality system works and its significance to all employees.

Syllabus: One session with an overview of Trinity’s quality system and how each individual plays a role in up-keep of the company’s reputation as a producer of quality forgings.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has been instructed about the quality system.
