TFTM-RDNC: Recording & Documenting Inprocess Non-conformities

Taught by: Quality Control Manager, QA Manager

Objective: To effectively write non-conformities of defective products and process controls. This Training Module also covers communicating in-process discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor and/or team member.

Syllabus: One classroom training session on properly documenting and communicating discrepancies of identified defective parts and process controls.

Completion: Sign off by instructor that the employee can document problems using available media. And the employee is able to use a two-way radio and verbally convey problems and resolutions.
