TFTM-ROLL: Roll Machine

Taught by: Production Supervisor (Foreman), Hammerman

Objective: To instruct personnel assigned to roll machine how to properly use roll machine equipment.

Syllabus: One session with hands on demonstration of proper techniques in operating upsetter. Continual monitoring by shop foreman or hammerman to see that employee is following through with good techniques.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has been instructed and has a good understanding of basic techniques.
