TFTM-SBCT: Subcontractor Processes

Taught by: Quality Assurance Manager, Post Forge Supervisor

Objective: To educate the Shipping Leadman, Shipping Helper, and QC Inspector III on the different processes performed by outside sources.

Syllabus: One session reviewing Purchase Orders and subcontractor processes. The training session will include a sample of heat treated parts describing time and temperature, various kinds of plating, and outside machining.

Completion: Sign off by instructor that training has been completed and the employee has expressed understanding of outside vendor processes.

Notes: The scope of the training is to show the various value added processes. Since there are many processes this training is not limited to the ones listed above.
