TFTM-SSHR: Suggestion System

Objective: To inform and educate employees about the constant need for improvement to remain competitive and to take advantage of having a collective flow of ideas to bring about that improvement.

Syllabus: One session highlighting the need and role that a suggestion system has on the organization. It also explains how the suggestions are evaluated.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has been instructed on suggestion system.
