TFTM-STAT: Basic Statistics

Objective: To learn some of the theoretical concepts involved in SPC and how they are applied to Trinity Forge quality process.

Syllabus: A session reviewing some basic statistical concepts an then doing a variety of exercises to help with its practical application to our work environment. If employees are deemed to need more instruction, session could be lengthened as necessary.

Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has shown an understanding of basic statistics.
