Team member's role and responsibilities:

Direct all activities of the quality control and engineering departments.
Manage the development of new dies and engineering change orders.
Coordinate all engineering and quality control resources.
Oversee outside die subcontractors.
Monitor results provided by quality control and engineering efforts.
Continualy develope Trinity Forge's skills.

Rookie requirements:

Appointed by Board of Directors
Complete Training Module FSAT.

Physical activity involved:

Moderate walking and climbing.
Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
Moderate business travel.
