TOP-TFTMM: Training Module Document Maintenance

SCOPE: This procedure covers the maintenance of Trinity Forge Training Modules (TFTMs), the documents concerning the objectives and syllabus of each element of the training program.

Notify Training Coordinator of need to add, modify or delete a TFTM.

2 Training Coordinator Upon receiving request TFTM change request Review advisability of TFTM change. Agree/disagree
2a Training Coordinator When do not agree with request

TFTM change request; own judgment

Negotiate with requester, using President as arbiter to resolve differences. Issue resolved
3 Training Coordinator When decision is made to make TFTM change Details of decision Add, modify or delete TFTM, communicate changes to TOPS Clerk. Modified TFTM sent to TOPS Clerk
4 TOPS Clerk After receiving modified TFTM Email, modified TFTM Add, modified or delete TFTM and email to Training Coordinator for review and approval. Modified TFTM sent to Training Coordinator
5 Training Coordinator After receiving modified TFTM Email; modified TFTM Review each item in the TFTM and verify changes made reflect summary; acknowledge TFTM approval via email to HR Manager and copy to TOPs Clerk. Modified TFTM sent to HR Manager for final approval
6 HR Manager Upon receiving via email TFTM for review and final approval Email, modified TFTM Review each item in the TFTM and verify changes made reflect summary, acknowledge TFTM final approval via email to TOPS Clerk. TFTM final approval sent to TOPS Clerk

TOPS Clerk Upon receiving final approval from HR Manager Final approval Update TFTM revision history with noted changes in each TFTM; upload changed to the Internet; prepare Statement of Release and route via email to all employees with network access. Statement of Release published; updated TFTM uploaded to the Internet
