Job Order and a description of
what information is lacking and send the form to the Materials Manager; continue with normal cutting process (see TOP-CUTIT). |

release in Jobs info (if problem cannot be resolved immediately work with suppliers as
necessary to gather up whatever is needed): when info is available, review requirements of
the Job Order; if all is okay, remove any notes from Jobs info, etc; if all is not okay,
immediately notify the Production Scheduler, and the QC
Supervisor, also placing notes in Jobs info; when all is complete, note the disposition on
the email; store in Certs files in computer
program in heat code sequence. |
